When Will My Order Ship?


  • Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday through Thursday.  Orders placed on Friday are processed the following Monday. 
  • Orders placed by 1pm are processed the following day.


Our Shipping Schedule


  • Order placed by 12pm Monday ships Tuesday; placed after 12pm ships Wednesday
  • Order placed by 12pm Tuesday ships Wednesday; placed after 12pm ships Thursday
  • Order placed by 12pm Wednesday ships Thursday; placed after 12pm ships Friday
  • Order placed by 12pm Thursday ships Friday; placed after 12pm ships Tuesday
  • Order placed by 10am Friday ships Friday; placed after 10am or Saturday, Sunday ships Tuesday*


*We ship via USPS and do not work on weekends resulting in the delay in shipping.  The orders are processed on Monday but are not actually picked up by the Postal Service until Tuesday.

International Shipments are processed the same as above, the time of the shipment once picked up here depends on the movement through the various Postal Systems and is beyond our control.

The only exception to the schedule above is a result of a Federal holiday in which the post office is closed.

Damaged Shipment

Should your shipment be damaged in transit, please email us at charles.help.cnw@msn.com.  Please save the package until the claim is settled.  We will re-ship the order within 24 hours.


You may return unopened/unused product for a full refund less the original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.  We do not reimburse return shipping costs.  You must return items within 30 days.  There is no refund for downloaded product.
